Services The Website provides a one-time purchase service for AI-generated QR codes (“Q-ARTs”). Users provide necessary input data and make a payment, after which the Company generates Q-ARTs based on the user’s input.

User Obligations You, as the user, agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Website and our services. You must abide by all applicable laws and regulations, and you may not misuse our services in any way.

Intellectual Property Rights Upon creation, Q-ARTs become your property and can be used for personal or commercial purposes. 

No Refund Policy Given the digital nature of our services and the fact that the design and delivery of our Q-ARTs is a one-time purchase, the Company does not offer any returns or refunds for any reason after the transaction is accepted.

Limitation of Liability The Company will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any kind, however caused, including loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise.
